ClickCapital New Zealand ("we", "us") helps New Zealand businesses compare business finance options. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

Information you provide in our forms: your name, contact details, business name and NZBN, the funding amount and purpose you select, indicative trading and turnover ranges, and any messages you send us. We also collect standard website analytics.

How we use it

To match your application with suitable lenders on our panel, to contact you about your enquiry, to operate and improve our service, and to send you information you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Who we share it with

With your consent, we share application details with lenders on our panel so they can assess your eligibility and present offers, and with our customer relationship and application-processing systems. We never sell your information to third-party marketers. You choose which lender, if any, you proceed with.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with reputable providers, and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time — email support@clickcapital.co.nz or call 0800 CLICK (254 255). If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
